Smearless Group Ltd respects the privacy of its customers, employees and authorised users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the Smearless App.

The Smearless App may process information necessary to operate our cleaning and property-service business, including:

Worker names, work assignments and job activity

4. Access to Information

The Smearless App is intended for authorised Smearless staff.

Access is controlled through user accounts and permissions. Workers are provided with access appropriate to their role, while additional management information may be restricted to authorised Owner or Admin users.

5. Data Storage and Service Providers

We may use trusted third-party technology providers to operate the Smearless App, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, app distribution, diagnostic and other technology services.

These providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to provide their services.

During beta testing, Apple TestFlight may collect diagnostic, crash, usage and feedback information in accordance with Apple's own privacy practices.

6. Photographs

Authorised users may upload photographs relating to customer properties or work carried out.

Photographs should only be taken and stored where they are relevant to providing or documenting a service, such as access issues, before-and-after evidence or proof of attendance.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Access to the app and its management features is restricted according to user role and authentication requirements.

8. Data Retention

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, contractual, accounting, legal and customer-service purposes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it is held.
